Rental Car Return Associate Job Details
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, Opening Shift: 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Rental Car Return Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers.
- Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work early morning hours.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays preferred.
- Background check and MVR required.
About the Rental Car Return Associate Role
As a Rental Car Return Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers and assist with the vehicle return process.
- Inspect returned vehicles for damage, smoke, cleanliness, and other issues.
- Document vehicle condition accurately.
- Provide customers with itemized receipts.
- Answer customer questions and provide directions to the airport terminal.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
