Laser Operator Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00–$32.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Monroe, OH

Laser Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Previous laser operator or CNC machine operation experience preferred.
Manufacturing or metal processing experience is a plus.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.

About the Laser Operator Role

As a Laser Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
Load, position, and unload metal materials safely.
Measure finished parts using precision measuring tools.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Make machine adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and assist with other production tasks as needed.
