Registered Nurse (RN)
Glasgow, KY
Pay: $44.00–$46.00/hour
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule
- 2nd and 3rd shifts available
- Three- or five-day work schedules
- Every third weekend required
Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification; training may be provided for new candidates
- Strong patient assessment and clinical care skills
- Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and commitment to quality patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established care plans
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
- Provide nursing interventions during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Communicate patient updates and concerns to the healthcare team
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations
- Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
