Job Description
Janitor
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Schedule Information
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Janitor Requirements
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to use standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light-duty physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
Key Responsibilities
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean assigned work areas
- Clean windows and other surfaces to maintain a professional appearance
- Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Turn off lights and secure designated areas at the end of cleaning assignments
- Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning schedules
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned
