Assembly/Production Operator
Nicholasville, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Occasional overtime on Fridays
- Employees will be notified by Wednesday when Friday overtime is required
Assembly/Production Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
- Ability to safely operate drills, hand tools, and assigned equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience preferred
- One year of factory-related experience preferred
- Commitment to following safe work practices and meeting quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drills and assigned equipment safely.
- Finish products according to established specifications.
- Use hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow detailed procedures to meet production requirements.
- Meet established quality and productivity standards.
- Communicate concerns and discrepancies to the team.
- Share ideas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow safe work practices at all times.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
