Coating Operator – 3rd Shift
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule Information
- 3rd shift
- 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Coating Operator Requirements
- Ability to mix chemicals and catalysts according to established instructions
- Ability to operate assigned production and coating equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to inspect and package completed parts
- Ability to stand frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Commitment to chemical-handling, PPE, and workplace-safety procedures
- Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Mix chemicals and catalysts according to approved formulas and instructions.
- Prepare coating materials for production.
- Operate and monitor assigned coating and production machinery.
- Load parts into machines or designated production areas.
- Unload completed parts and move them to the appropriate location.
- Inspect coated parts for defects, damage, coverage, and overall quality.
- Separate and report products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Package and label finished parts according to instructions.
- Report equipment, quality, and safety concerns promptly.
- Keep chemicals, tools, and production materials properly organized.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all chemical-handling, equipment-safety, and PPE procedures.
- Perform additional coating and production duties as assigned.
