Production Associate – 2nd Shift
Shelbyville, KY
Pay: $16.50–$16.80/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Production Associate Requirements
- Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment
- Ability to take accurate measurements and inspect completed components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to follow PPE, environmental, and workplace-safety requirements
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to cross-train and complete different production assignments
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform process-control, startup, and operator-maintenance checks.
- Identify and use production materials according to established procedures.
- Make approved process, job, and machine adjustments.
- Collect the materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
- Align materials and assemble components manually or with production equipment.
- Take precision measurements to verify proper component fit.
- Inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete scheduled die changes.
- Record daily production output and maintain scrap and efficiency charts.
- Notify the team leader or supervisor of production, quality, or equipment concerns.
- Follow ISO 14001 environmental policies and all required safety procedures.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training and cross-training.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
