Production Worker
Shelbyville, KY
Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.54/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $17.29/hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $17.29/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Production Worker Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to use basic measuring tools and production equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished parts and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products according to instructions
- Move completed parts and materials to designated areas
- Perform trimming, dipping, and hot wire burning processes as required
- Use gauges, scales, and other measuring equipment to verify product specifications
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical or electrical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing practices, and quality standards
- Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
