Assembler
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift
Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime may be required
Assembler Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and bills of materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Steel-toe boots required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble axle components and related parts according to work instructions and production specifications
- Read and interpret bills of materials and production documentation
- Safely operate hand tools, equipment, and assembly machinery
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals while following all company safety and quality standards
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and additional production duties as assigned
