Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Paint Line Associate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of automotive wheels on the paint line
- Assist with painting and finishing processes according to established procedures
- Inspect wheels and finished products for quality and defects
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors
- Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned
