Bilingual Paint Repair Team Lead
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $17.50/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift
Schedule Information
- Sunday – Thursday
- 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Bilingual Paint Repair Team Lead Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in paint repair, quality inspection, or automotive manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the paint repair team while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met
- Oversee daily paint repair operations for aluminum wheels manufactured for the automotive industry
- Perform paint repair duties and fill in for team members as needed to maintain production flow
- Inspect finished products for paint defects and ensure repairs meet company quality standards
- Train, coach, and assist team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment
- Communicate production updates and quality concerns with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company safety policies
- Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned
