Bilingual Paint Repair Team Lead Requirements
- At least six months of manufacturing experience
- Bilingual communication skills
- Ability to oversee and support a production team
- Ability to safely operate grinders and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to identify paint defects on rims
- Willingness to perform hands-on paint-repair duties when needed
- Ability to communicate instructions, concerns, and production expectations clearly
- Commitment to following all workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily work of the paint-repair team.
- Assign tasks and help keep the team organized and productive.
- Monitor work for quality and completion.
- Fill in for paint-repair employees when needed.
- Use grinders to remove paint defects from rims.
- Prepare defective areas so rims can be properly repaired.
- Communicate production concerns and quality issues to management.
- Help team members understand job instructions and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all equipment-safety and workplace procedures.
