Equipment Operator Requirements
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow site instructions
- Awareness of surroundings, coworkers, and equipment hazards
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
- CDL is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers as assigned.
- Complete equipment tasks according to site plans and supervisor instructions.
- Check equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Work safely around other equipment and crew members.
- Keep the work area organized and follow all site safety procedures.
- Perform other equipment-related duties as assigned.
