Milling Associate – 2nd Shift
Lexington, KY
Pay: $15.50–$16.00/hour
Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule Information
One of the following second-shift schedules will be assigned:
- 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
- 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
Milling Associate Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to complete repetitive manual tasks accurately
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain accurate production records
- Commitment to workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize milling assignments provided by the Shipping Department.
- Complete milling work accurately and according to established quality standards.
- Record daily milling totals.
- Complete and submit the Milling Report at the end of each shift.
- Monitor completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Keep the milling area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Communicate production or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Follow all workplace-safety and operating procedures.
