- 3rd shift
- 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Production Worker Requirements
- Ability to inspect, assemble, label, and package finished parts
- Ability to follow written production and packaging instructions
- Ability to use gauges, scales, and other measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to complete production records accurately
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow good manufacturing practices
Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished parts and visually inspect them for quality.
- Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack boxes.
- Package parts according to production instructions.
- Move completed parts to designated areas.
- Trim, dip, or hot-wire burn finished parts as required.
- Apply the correct identification to completed products.
- Use gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify quality specifications.
- Complete and maintain production and quality records.
- Perform routine basic maintenance and report mechanical or electrical problems.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Participate in safety initiatives and follow good manufacturing practices.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
