General Laborer
Georgetown, KY
Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hour
Direct Hire | Full-Time

General Laborer Requirements
- Previous construction, general labor, or outdoor work experience preferred
- Experience with pipe installation, rigging, demolition, or site prep preferred
- Ability to work in a physically active construction environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Willingness to travel regionally to job sites as needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pipe installation, rigging, ground preparation, demolition, and other construction-related tasks
- Support crews with site setup, cleanup, and material movement
- Perform general labor duties to support factory expansion and construction projects
- Follow supervisor direction and project-specific work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Work collaboratively with equipment operators, site supervisors, and other crew members
- Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Assist with additional duties as assigned based on project needs
