Welding Technician Job Details
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Welding Technician Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required
- Previous welding or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble trailer axles, suspensions, and axle components according to production specifications
- Support welding and assembly operations while maintaining quality standards
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records
- Verify components and finished products meet customer and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Assist with additional production and assembly duties as assigned
