3rd Shift | 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Coating Operator Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Ability to safely handle and mix chemicals
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Mix chemicals used for catalysts according to established procedures
- Operate coating and production machinery
- Load and unload parts from production equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Package completed parts according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
