M-TH 6 am- 4:30 pm, F- 6 am-12 pm | $18-$23/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory based on production needs

- Previous experience specifically operating industrial spot welding machines required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
About the Spot Welder Machine Operator Role
As a Spot Welder Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating large industrial spot welding machines according to production specifications
- Calibrating welding equipment to ensure proper machine performance and weld quality
- Adjusting pressure, timing, and other machine settings based on material and production requirements
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work instructions before beginning production
- Measuring diameters and inspecting components using calipers and other precision measuring instruments
- Understanding the properties of materials being spot welded and making appropriate machine adjustments
- Loading and positioning materials correctly within the spot welding machine
- Performing spot welds according to established quality and production standards
- Inspecting completed welds and finished components for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Identifying welding defects, machine issues, or material concerns and making appropriate adjustments
- Performing additional manufacturing and machine operation duties as assigned
