Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.

Assembler Job Details

Schedule: Crew A, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and Bills of Materials.
Ability to use hand and air tools.
Ability to perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist or shoulder height, with or without assistance.
Ability to perform repetitive overhead lifting of up to 3 lbs.
Ability to frequently bend and reach.
Ability to grasp and manipulate parts with both hands.
Ability to follow all safety and production procedures.
Jeans or pants, T-shirt, and gym shoes required.
No shorts.
Smoke-free facility; smoking is prohibited on the premises.

About the Assembler Role

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Assemble chemical dilution and dispensing equipment, including pumps, dispensers, hoses, nozzles, plastic pieces, and rubber components.
Read and follow work instructions and Bills of Materials.
Use hand and air tools to complete assembly tasks.
Use a tablet as part of the assembly process.
Perform quality checks on completed products.
Maintain required production standards.
Rotate between work centers as needed.
Assist with packing and inventory activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.
