Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.

Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Crew A, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and Bills of Materials.
  • Ability to use hand and air tools.
  • Ability to perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist or shoulder height, with or without assistance.
  • Ability to perform repetitive overhead lifting of up to 3 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently bend and reach.
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate parts with both hands.
  • Ability to follow all safety and production procedures.
  • Jeans or pants, T-shirt, and gym shoes required.
  • No shorts.
  • Smoke-free facility; smoking is prohibited on the premises.

About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assemble chemical dilution and dispensing equipment, including pumps, dispensers, hoses, nozzles, plastic pieces, and rubber components.
  • Read and follow work instructions and Bills of Materials.
  • Use hand and air tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Use a tablet as part of the assembly process.
  • Perform quality checks on completed products.
  • Maintain required production standards.
  • Rotate between work centers as needed.
  • Assist with packing and inventory activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned.
