Production Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: A Shift, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, 2 days on / 3 days off rotation

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Spanish-friendly work environment; Spanish-speaking candidates welcome.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to complete quality checks and production paperwork.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime as needed based on business demands.
- Must be open to working in different manufacturing areas as assigned.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Perform quality inspections and record production data.
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns.
- Follow work instructions and established production standards.
- Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete line changeovers and tool changes as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Work as part of a team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Support production operations across assembly, machining, and plating areas.
- Load and unload components and parts into production equipment.
- Assemble automotive brake components according to established standards.
- Monitor production equipment and maintain required cycle times.
- Move materials throughout the production process.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
