Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembly & Machining Associate.
Assembly & Machining Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Assembly & Machining Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
- No job hoppers; stable work history required.
- Ability to read and understand safety, maintenance, and work instructions in English.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Ability to respond to calls or texts confirming orientation.
- Second-chance candidates may be considered; sexual offenses, violent offenses, and multiple convictions are not accepted.
About the Assembly & Machining Associate Role
As an Assembly & Machining Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Load and unload castings into CNC mills, lathes, and multi-drill machines.
- Machine parts according to quality standards and cycle-time requirements.
- Load and unload parts onto plating racks.
- Move materials between plating and assembly areas.
- Monitor proper chemical balance during the plating process.
- Transport parts between departments using an electric cart and Kanban system.
- Operate PLC machines and manually assemble calipers.
- Follow standard work procedures and required cycle times.
- Transfer finished products into appropriate containers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
