Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Door Glazing Associate.
Door Glazing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Schedule to be confirmed)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Location: Hamilton, OH

Door Glazing Associate Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to read factory orders accurately
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Good attendance record
- Neat appearance
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Safety glasses and other required PPE must be worn during designated tasks
- Packing experience is helpful but not required
About the Door Glazing Associate Role
As a Door Glazing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Read and interpret factory orders
- Glaze custom doors according to production specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble and prepare doors for production
- Lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Rotate between workstations as production needs require
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
