Schedule: 5:00 PM–1:30 AM, E Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Spanish-friendly work environment.
- Spanish-speaking candidates welcome.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities may include:
- Support daily manufacturing operations.
- Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform quality inspections and record production information.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist with machine issues, changeovers, and production support.
- Load and unload materials as assigned.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Complete housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Communicate production concerns to team leaders and supervisors.
