Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Resume required.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Load and unload materials and components throughout the production process.
- Perform quality inspections and record production information.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic equipment maintenance.
- Identify and report quality or equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Support manufacturing operations in multiple production areas as needed.
