Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Miamisburg, OH
Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately pick and pack plumbing supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks.
- Comfortable handling products throughout the day, with approximately 90% of items weighing less than 10 lbs.
- Ability to push and maneuver picking carts throughout the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow picking instructions and shipping procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures.
- Required dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic required.
About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack plumbing supplies according to customer orders.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Push picking carts throughout the warehouse to collect ordered items.
- Accurately select and organize products for shipment.
- Transport full picking carts to designated shipping areas.
- Return with empty carts and continue fulfilling customer orders.
- Handle and move products throughout the workday.
- Operate forklifts as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Verify picked items to maintain order accuracy.
- Organize materials and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain an efficient workflow to support daily shipping goals.
- Follow established warehouse safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Complete additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
