Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production & Inspection Associate.
Production & Inspection Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $18.80/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Production & Inspection Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Spanish- and French-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, lift, and stretch over a 4-foot conveyor.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors.
- Must wear gloves and follow established sanitation procedures when handling products.
- No jewelry of any kind, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted.
- Jeans or pants without rips, tears, or holes required.
- Plain shirt and closed-toe shoes required.
About the Production & Inspection Associate Role
As a Production & Inspection Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect products for uniformity and quality before packaging.
- Perform pre-wrap product inspections.
- Sort trays by color and condition and identify trays from other suppliers.
- Remove broken or damaged trays.
- Feed trays into the tray washer.
- Operate the pan stacker and un-stacker as needed.
- Assist with product changeovers.
- Dispose of scrap and production waste.
- Mop excess water and maintain assigned work areas.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary production environment.
- Communicate with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors.
- Follow established quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks throughout the shift.
