Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate.
General Labor Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good work history required.
- Must be able to perform very physical work involving frequent moving and lifting.
- Ability to work in a smoke-free facility.
- Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment as needed.
- Ability to work on a production line and around machinery.
- Must be willing to convert to a permanent employee when eligible.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- No felony convictions within the past 5 years.
- Violent felonies and sexual offenses are not accepted.
- Other felony and misdemeanor records may be reviewed case by case.
- No more than two no-call/no-show occurrences within a year.
About the General Labor Associate Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Support production operators and supervisors with daily tasks.
- Perform basic production and general labor duties.
- Work on production lines and operate machinery as assigned.
- Clean drywall and other materials from production areas.
- Perform tarping duties as needed.
- Move and lift materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
