Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:50 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Tape measure test required.
- Previous machine operating experience highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and directions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes required.
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and monitor machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Track production numbers and complete required production paperwork.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance.
- Follow technical specifications and production instructions.
- Report safety concerns and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
