Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Forklift Operator.

Forklift Operator Job Details

Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Detailed resume required, including previous employers, length of employment, and types of equipment operated.
Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks required.
Must be able to complete a forklift assessment and interview.
Must have a good and consistent work history.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be willing and able to convert to a permanent employee within 3 months.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform frequent stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to operate RF scanners, computer touch screens, and label printers.

About the Forklift Operator Role

As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks to support warehouse operations.
Safely move and handle materials throughout the facility.
Pick and pack customer orders using RF scan guns.
Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and pick orders.
Use rolling carts and step ladders to complete assigned tasks.
Prepare and ship customer orders.
Use computer touch screens, RF scanners, and label printers to process orders.
Perform material handling duties, including lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Follow warehouse safety procedures while operating equipment.
Support daily Direct-to-Customer (DTC) warehouse operations.
