General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Good work history required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work around dust and industrial equipment.
- Ability to safely work around machinery.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to transition to a permanent position when eligible.
About the General Labor Associate Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Support machine operators and supervisors with daily production tasks.
- Assist with general production and labor duties throughout the facility.
- Operate production equipment as assigned.
- Clean drywall and other materials from production areas.
- Assist with tarping duties as needed.
- Move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
