Production Associate Job Details

Schedule: 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $19.05/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable performing repetitive bending, lifting, and stretching over a 4-foot conveyor.
Must be able to inspect products for quality and uniformity.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors.
Required dress code: Jeans or pants without rips, tears, or holes; plain shirt; and closed-toe shoes.
No jewelry of any kind, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted.
Must maintain clean, sanitary hands and wear gloves when handling products.

About the Production Associate Role

As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Inspect products for uniformity and quality before packaging.
Sort trays by color, supplier, and condition, including identifying broken trays.
Feed trays into the tray washer.
Operate the pan stacker and unstacker as needed.
Assist with product changeovers.
Perform pre-wrap product inspections, including bending, lifting, and stretching over a 4-foot conveyor.
Discard scrap materials and perform waste disposal.
Mop excess water and maintain clean production floors.
Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary work area.
Communicate with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors to support daily production operations.
Follow sanitation procedures and wear gloves when handling products.
