Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift opportunities
Pay Rate: $13.00/hr

General Laborer – Produce Warehouse Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated production environment.
- Ability to work in temperatures between 34–37°F for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work in wet working conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow work instructions, food safety procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About the General Laborer – Produce Warehouse Role
As a General Laborer – Produce Warehouse, your responsibilities will include:
- Work on production lines processing fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Sort and inspect produce to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assemble and package finished products for shipment.
- Label, weigh, and organize products according to company guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary production area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support daily production goals and efficient warehouse operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
