Bundling Equipment Operator Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Bundling Equipment Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate bundling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret customer specifications.
- Ability to identify corrugated and manufacturing quality defects.
- Ability to set up and make adjustments to equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
About the Bundling Equipment Operator Role
As a Bundling Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and safely operate bundling equipment.
- Operate equipment quickly and accurately while minimizing production changeover time.
- Produce cartons according to customer specifications and special manufacturing instructions.
- Monitor carton quality throughout production and perform required quality checks.
- Communicate equipment concerns, maintenance issues, and quality concerns to the crew and supervisor.
- Set up and adjust the in-line banding unit.
- Determine appropriate top and bottom sheet configurations to meet customer requirements.
- Stack cartons and bundles according to required stacking patterns and customer specifications.
- Determine appropriate pallet configurations when not specified by the customer.
- Determine load ticket requirements according to customer specifications.
- Properly operate baler and hogger equipment.
- Properly and thoroughly clean equipment daily.
- Ensure scrap is baled daily and work areas remain clean and organized.
- Maintain defined storage locations for working materials to reduce clutter.
- Make recommendations to improve safety, quality, and production efficiency.
