Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate.
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience required.
- Previous RF scanner experience required.
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, and material handling tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.
- Ability to follow a smoke-free and vape-free workplace policy.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
About the E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Role
As an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack online customer orders for fulfillment.
- Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and process merchandise.
- Accurately select products according to customer order information.
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy before packaging.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment according to established procedures.
- Organize products and materials throughout the fulfillment process.
- Assist with processing incoming online orders.
- Maintain an efficient workflow to support daily shipping deadlines.
- Work toward completing customer orders within established fulfillment timelines.
- Identify and report incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise.
- Follow established order processing and quality standards.
- Remain active and mobile throughout the shift while completing warehouse tasks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Complete additional picking, packing, and fulfillment responsibilities as assigned.
