Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Shipping Warehouse Associate.
Shipping Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
Shipping Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience required.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner required.
- Ability to accurately scan, organize, and process outgoing shipments.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when handling packages and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow shipping schedules and meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to follow a smoke-free and vape-free workplace policy.

About the Shipping Warehouse Associate Role
As a Shipping Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Load outgoing packages and cartons according to shipping schedules.
- Perform floor-loading of trailers to prepare shipments for transportation.
- Load pallets into trailers while following established procedures.
- Use RF scanners to scan and track outgoing merchandise.
- Ensure packages are loaded accurately and within required shipping deadlines.
- Assist with organizing and staging shipments for trailer loading.
- Verify outgoing packages and cartons before shipment.
- Complete shipping manifesting tasks and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Perform safety checks during FedEx pickup trailer swaps.
- Follow proper loading procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely movement of outgoing orders.
- Identify and report shipping discrepancies or damaged packages.
- Remain active and mobile throughout the shift while completing warehouse tasks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe loading areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily shipping goals.
