Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate.
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous RF scanner experience required.
- Ability to accurately pick and pack online customer orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow order fulfillment procedures and instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse team members.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
About the E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Role
As an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack online customer orders for shipment.
- Use RF scanners to locate, identify, and process merchandise.
- Accurately select products according to customer order requirements.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping according to company standards.
- Organize and process orders to support daily fulfillment deadlines.
- Ensure orders received by the daily cutoff are processed efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer orders.
- Move and organize merchandise throughout the fulfillment department.
- Follow established picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to support fulfillment operations.
- Assist with additional warehouse and order processing duties as assigned.
