Night Shift Operator
Bardstown, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Possible and may be mandatory

Schedule Information
- 3rd shift
- 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Every other weekend off
Week 1
- Work Monday and Tuesday
- Off Wednesday and Thursday
- Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Approximately 48 hours
Week 2
- Off Monday and Tuesday
- Work Wednesday and Thursday
- Off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Approximately 36 hours
Training Schedule
New hires will train on day shift before transitioning to the night schedule.
- Training hours: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Night Shift Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
- Strong attention to workplace safety and product quality
- Ability to follow production instructions and established procedures
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor feed bags as they fill during production.
- Guide filled bags across the conveyor system for sealing.
- Stack finished bags and build pallets containing approximately 40 bags each.
- Monitor production equipment and report operational concerns.
- Maintain efficient and consistent production flow throughout the shift.
- Inspect finished products for visible quality concerns.
- Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
About the Night Shift Operator Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Night Shift Operators for a production facility in Bardstown, KY. This hands-on position monitors production equipment, handles finished feed bags, and palletizes products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
New employees will receive hands-on training during day-shift hours before moving to the regular night-shift schedule.
