Job Description

Fulfillment Associate – 2nd Shift
Brownsburg, IN
Pay: $16.75/hour

Schedule Information

  • 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Fulfillment Associate Requirements

  • Willingness to cross-train and work in picking, packing, inbound, and outbound departments
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to warehouse-safety procedures
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, or packing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products and materials for customer orders.
  • Verify items and quantities for accuracy.
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive and process inbound products.
  • Stage and organize outbound orders.
  • Stock products in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
  • Cross-train and work in every warehouse department based on operational needs.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform additional fulfillment duties as assigned.
