Kitting & Assembly Associate – 2nd Shift
Louisville, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule Information

  • 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Kitting & Assembly Associate Requirements

  • Ability to perform picking, kitting, and light assembly duties
  • Ability to learn and use pick-to-light systems
  • Strong attention to order, part, and quantity accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to warehouse and production-safety procedures
  • Previous warehouse, picking, kitting, or assembly experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick parts and materials using a pick-to-light system.
  • Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy.
  • Organize picked components into production kits.
  • Complete light assembly tasks according to work instructions.
  • Label, stage, and route completed kits to assigned locations.
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory information.
  • Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all quality and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
