Louisville, KY
Pay: $12.00–$16.00/hour

Schedule Information
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Material Handler Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and component accuracy
- Ability to compare parts with work instructions or production requirements
- Quality-control or inspection experience preferred
- Previous warehouse, material-handling, kitting, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Load components onto kitting tables.
- Verify that all parts and quantities are correct before placement.
- Compare components with production orders and kitting requirements.
- Organize and stage materials for kitting and assembly operations.
- Inspect components for visible damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Report incorrect, missing, or damaged components to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate component and inventory information.
- Keep kitting tables and material-handling areas clean and organized.
- Follow all quality, production, and safety procedures.
- Perform additional material-handling duties as assigned.
