Forklift / Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Louisville, KY
Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 5:30 PM–2:00 AM
Forklift / Warehouse Associate Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience
- Agricultural-product or similar warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and material-handling duties
- Strong attention to order and inventory accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to forklift, PPE, and warehouse-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and stage agricultural products according to customer orders.
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products and materials.
- Perform forklift duties approximately 20–30% of the workday.
- Complete general warehouse and material-handling tasks.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality inspections.
- Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
- Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
