Schedule Information
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $15.45/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM | $16.23/hour
- Some Saturdays may be required
Production Associate Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to move steel parts and production bins safely
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to inspect products for visible defects
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain an efficient production pace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper material-handling procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Move steel parts and production bins between designated work areas.
- Load, unload, sort, and stage materials for production.
- Support daily production and material-flow operations.
- Inspect steel parts for visible defects, damage, or quality concerns.
- Separate and report products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Organize finished parts in the correct bins or staging areas.
- Verify parts and materials according to production instructions.
- Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting production and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling steel parts and equipment.
- Keep workstations and surrounding production areas clean and organized.
- Communicate production, material, and quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist coworkers and other production areas as needed.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
