About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable Fence Installer to support residential and commercial projects in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will install fencing systems while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work and being outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
- Dig post holes using manual or powered equipment
- Set posts in concrete, ensuring proper alignment and spacing
- Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and hardware
- Safely operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, augers, and levels
- Follow project specifications, site plans, and local guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous fence installation or construction experience required
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic layouts or plans
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
