Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Picker.
Warehouse Picker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays required as needed.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Warehouse Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Previous warehouse picking or material handling experience preferred.
- 1 year of RF scanner experience required.
- Ability to read pick tickets, issue sheets, and bills of lading.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and routinely move 20–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
- Background check, drug screen, resume, and interview required.
About the Warehouse Picker Role
As a Warehouse Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods for production and shipping.
- Use issue sheets and RF scanners to locate and verify inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged product.
- Follow FIFO inventory control procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, receiving, and shipping materials as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as trained.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Verify finished goods prior to release and shipment.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
- Follow FDA guidelines, SOPs, and all warehouse safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
