Position: Registered Nurse – RN
Location: Erlanger, KY
Pay Rate: $35 – $39 per hour
Business Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule Requirements:
Candidates must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts if needed and available to work Saturdays.

Position Summary:
The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing the care of pediatric clients according to individualized care plans using a multidisciplinary approach. This role includes direct patient care, coordination with healthcare providers and community resources, family education, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and their families.
The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing the care of pediatric clients according to individualized care plans using a multidisciplinary approach. This role includes direct patient care, coordination with healthcare providers and community resources, family education, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (Kentucky or compact state)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Pediatric experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Current TB test required
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage pediatric patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, treatments, and medication administration
- Educate and support patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working at a child’s level, including sitting, crawling, bending, kneeling, and lifting with assistance
- Ability to assist with transfers and patient mobility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric care environment
