Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Groundskeeper / Tech I.

Groundskeeper / Tech I Job Details

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY

Groundskeeper / Tech I Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Current driver's license required.
Ability to read and understand basic written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to work on ladders and roofs up to 40 feet.
Ability to work safely around tools, equipment, and moving mechanical parts.
Ability to work weekends as needed.
No felony convictions within the past 7 years. Other background information will require client approval.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

About the Groundskeeper / Tech I Role

As a Groundskeeper / Tech I, your responsibilities will include:

Clean grounds, entryways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
Remove litter and maintain clean outdoor areas.
Check and replace burned-out light bulbs in entryways.
Assist with pool maintenance.
Assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
Spread salt to help prevent ice buildup.
Plant and maintain grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
Water lawns, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
Clean drainage ditches, culverts, gutters, and downspouts.
Sharpen and maintain landscaping tools.
Perform minor repairs on power equipment such as blowers, chainsaws, and snow removal equipment.
Assist the maintenance team with refurbishment and preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide professional customer service to residents, subcontractors, coworkers, and management.
Follow all company safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment.
