Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Chemical Blender.
Chemical Blender Job Details
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr and up based on experience
Location: Walton, KY
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Chemical Blender Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of previous chemical blending experience required.
- At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Excellent math skills.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand blending tickets, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Understanding of chemical blending processes and quality standards.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
About the Chemical Blender Role
As a Chemical Blender, your responsibilities will include:
- Stage ingredients for production.
- Accurately weigh ingredients according to formulas.
- Blend chemical formulas according to established specifications.
- Maintain and handle raw materials.
- Assist with tanker unloading.
- Follow all established SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production and blending documentation.
- Perform weekly calibration of scales and blending equipment.
- Ensure blends meet established quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Perform additional chemical blending duties as assigned.
