Maintenance Manager Requirements/Qualifications
- HVAC certification required.
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance or property management.
- Experience with Yardi Maintenance Module or similar software required.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
About the Maintenance Manager Role
As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and train maintenance staff.
- Hold team members accountable for completing work on time.
- Oversee property maintenance and special projects.
- Manage maintenance work orders and reporting using the Yardi Maintenance Module.
- Coordinate vendors and maintenance projects.
- Manage property inventory.
- Troubleshoot maintenance-related issues and support efficient property operations.
- Maintain organized maintenance records and documentation.
