Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packaging Associate.

Packaging Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Full-time, 8-hour shifts required.

Location: Hebron, KY

Packaging Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Must be available to work full-time and complete the entire 8-hour shift.
Must have reliable attendance and be able to report to work on time.
Ability to work on a production line packaging various consumer products.
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to assemble boxes, label products, and package finished goods.
Must be able to follow production instructions and meet daily packaging requirements.
Must wear required PPE depending on the products being packaged.
Ridesharing is permitted.

About the Packaging Associate Role

As a Packaging Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Work on a production line packaging detergents, beauty products, and household items.
Weigh and pack detergent pods according to production requirements.
Open and assemble product boxes for packaging.
Remove products from existing packaging and place them into new boxes.
Apply labels to products and packaging.
Assemble retail display boxes and arrange products for store displays.
Seal product bags and prepare finished goods for shipment.
Stack finished boxes onto pallets.
Wrap completed pallets to secure packaged products.
Wear required PPE based on the products being handled.
